By using VenomSaver you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.

1. What the service is

VenomSaver retrieves media files from public web pages at your request. It is a tool. You choose what to point it at, and you are responsible for that choice.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use VenomSaver to:

download content you do not have the right to copy, including for redistribution, resale or public performance;
access paid, subscription-only or DRM-protected material, or otherwise work around a technical access control;
download material that is illegal to possess or distribute where you are;
run automated or bulk requests, scrape the service, or attempt to bypass its rate limits or human verification;
probe, overload or interfere with the service or the servers it depends on.

Downloading a freely available video for your own offline viewing is generally fine in most places. Redistributing it usually is not. The rules differ by country and by platform; checking them is your responsibility, not ours.

3. Copyright

VenomSaver hosts no content of its own. Files pass through and are cached only briefly. Rights holders can reach the operator through the copyright page.

4. Availability

The service is free and provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime, speed or that any particular site will keep working. It may change or stop at any time without notice.

5. No warranty

To the fullest extent the law allows, VenomSaver is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, or for your use of any file you obtain through it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

7. Donations

Donations are voluntary, are not payment for a service, and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. They buy no priority, feature or guarantee.

8. Suspension

Access may be blocked at any time for breach of these terms or for conduct that threatens the service's stability.

9. Governing law
