These are templates written to match what the software actually does — they are not legal advice, and a lawyer in your jurisdiction should read them before you rely on them.This describes what the service actually stores. It was written against the running code rather than copied from a template, so where it differs from other downloaders' policies, this one is the accurate description of this service.
What is recorded for each download

The IP hash cannot be reversed back into an address. It is not stored alongside your raw IP anywhere.
Server logs
The web server keeps standard access logs — request path, status, timing, IP address, browser user-agent — for up to [[30]] days, for security and debugging. Application logs include the URLs submitted for extraction, and are redacted of cookies and credentials before they are written.
Operational notifications
The operator receives a notification for each download, containing the title, the quality, the country and the IP hash. This is used to spot abuse and outages.
Downloaded files
A copy of the file is held on the server briefly so repeat requests are fast. Cached files are deleted automatically when space is needed, and short-lived download links expire one hour after they are created. The content of what you download is never inspected, shared or kept beyond that cache.

There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Third parties
- Cloudflare — serves the site and provides the Turnstile human check. Cloudflare processes your IP address and request metadata under its own policy.
- Paystack — processes donations if you choose to make one. Payment details go directly to Paystack; VenomSaver receives only a confirmation.
- The site you are downloading from — our server requests the media from it. That site sees our server's address, not yours.
What is never collected
No account, name, email address or password is required or stored for downloads. No advertising profile is built. Your downloads are not linked to an identity.
Your rights
Because records are keyed to a one-way hash rather than to you, we generally cannot identify which entries relate to a given person, which also means we cannot retrieve or delete them on request.
